We want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue, review our policy below.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be:

• Unworn

• Undamaged

• In original packaging

• With any included accessories

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

• Customized items

3. Damaged / Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours.
We will replace the item at no additional cost.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you regarding approval.
Approved refunds take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After shipment, cancellations aren’t possible.

7. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
